4 - Let NAAIO know your biggest concern as an ISO in 08. Then help us address your concern. Speak up, get involved, make a difference!
Hope to see everyone in NOLA.

5 - This issue of requiring Armored Car Vaulting, one of the other blogs is saying we will loose 80% to 90% of the ATMs in the self owned market. They are saying that you will have to have a armed guard with you to clear a dispenser problem. (Comment this)

6 - This sounds pretty serious. Who is saying that we will have to have a armed guard with you to clear a dispenser problem? Can you give me the name of the site that has this blog? Is the concern that they don't want us to get these large amounts of money from the bank or is it that they don't want us to be anywhere near money (and eventually ATM's) in general? Where is this info coming from? Can anyone back this up? (Comment this)

8 - Have owned and operated a Non Bank ATM Company since 2001 in the US Virgin Islands - yes United States Virgin Islands. Our operation was stopped in November 2007 due to non compliance to some VISA Rules & Regulations. Have been working since November to "find" a Caribbean based Sponsor Bank and Processor.
WHY is the United States Virgin Islands lumped together with Spanish Speaking LAC VISA?
The laws of the USVI say that we can operate a Non Bank ATM Company - why does VISA say we can't?
Would appreciate any assistance, feedback or direction - due to high number of tourists ATMs business is a good one for us.
